Can I visit your showroom?
The showroom is now open only to the trade. If you are an interior designer, architect, or a member of the interior design trade, please stop by our showroom between 10am - 5pm Monday through Friday. Also, our website is ALWAYS open. Please register to shop our website!
We also have several lines that are fully stocked and operational. Let us know if you are in a pinch and need yardage or wallpaper that is available to ship today!
How do I open an interior designer/contractor/builder trade account?
Visit our trade registration page, fill out the form and upload a copy of your Texas resale certificate. We approve all trade applications within 48 hours. For urgent requests, please give us a call 512-770-6211 or send an email to orders@supplyshowroom.com .
What does my interior designer/contractor/builder trade account get me?
Trade accounts have access to trade pricing, to all custom and trade-only products and online memo shopping. Supply Showroom does not offer open accounts or net terms.
How do I shop online?
First, register your interior design trade account using our online registration form. Your account will be approved within 48 hours. Once approved, you may shop for up to 10 memos on your first order. Additional memo orders will be allowed once you have placed your first full product order. Orders are pulled and shipped within two business days. Fulfillment is subject to memo availability. Your order is sent either by USPS or Fedex Ground. For rush shipping, contact showroom for rates.
How do I shop as a retail client?
If you are a retail client, please contact our purchasing agent, Kate, at kate@livlilly.com.
How do you determine pricing?
Our prices are determined by our vendors. All pricing is consistent to their online trade pricing.
How do you calculate my online shipping and handling charges?
Shipping rates are calculated based on the total number of items in your cart.
The rates that we charge for shipping and handling at checkout are an accurate reflection of the rates that we incur from our shipping partners to safely package and deliver your order, and ensure that it meets the highest expectations. Can I pick up my web order the same day?
All orders take 24 hours to pull.
How do I place an order?
If you have a trade account, please contact your salesperson directly for a price quote or orders@supplyshowroom.com. Be sure to include the quantity of fabric or wallpaper that you will need. We require an emailed request or purchase order that includes your shipping address and any sidemarks. Full payment is required up front for orders to be placed.

and we will point you in the right direction.
Do you have fabrics and wallpapers in stock?
We do not stock any fabric or wallpaper in our showroom. Most of our lines print to order and lead times are generally 4-6 weeks from the time you pay for your order. If you are in a time crunch, please call the showroom or email orders@supplyshowroom.com – as some lines offer a rush fee and a few lines carry limited stock.
What is the minimum order for your fabric and wallpaper?
The minimum order quantities for fabric and wallpaper vary according to each vendor. Contact your salesperson or orders@supplyshowroom.com to check with us about minimums or fees.
Are things customizable?
Yes! Almost all of our vendors offer customizable options. Contact orders@supplyshowroom.com for any questions or inquiries.
Do you offer Type II products?
We do! Most of our wallpaper vendors offer a Type II option. Please contact the showroom for details.
Can you estimate my yardage needs?
We do not offer quantity estimates. You will need to contact a professional installer or upholsterer for an estimate. We are happy to help with any product information when working with your installer or work room. Please reach out to your salesperson or email us at orders@supplyshowroom.com for any questions.
Do you offer installation services?
Supply Showroom does not offer installation of fabric or wallpaper.
Do you offer interior design services?
Supply Showroom does not offer design services.
Can I return my wallpaper or fabric?
No, all orders of non-returnable and non-refundable.
How do you calculate my order shipping and handling charges?
Our shipping and handling charges are set by our vendor partners.
